Complex Designs
- If the character has a lot of complex elements, there will be an increase of cost.
- Complex backgrounds will also have an added fee depending on what you are looking for.
Terms of service
Payments are done in USD through Paypal invoice only. After my agreement of accepting your commission, you may pay 100% up front or 50% up front, with the remaining 50% paid on completion.
- You will receive a rough sketch for approval before I continue the piece.
- You may only request large changes during the rough sketch phase.
- After confirmation if any larger changes are requested you will be charged a fee.
- Small requests that I can easily accommodate are allowed.
- WIP (works in progress) are available upon request
OK to draw:
- Cute girls
- Light armor
- OCs (original characters)/Personas/Vtubers
- Props (food, weapons, furniture, items, etc)
- fanart of a pre existing character
- Backgrounds
- NSFW/nude/ecchi
- Couples of any gender
- animal ears/tails!Not OK to draw:
- Mecha/ Heavy armor
- Elderly
- Imitating someone else's art style.
The following terms are agreed upon unless specified otherwise:
- Commissioned illustrations are for personal use only.
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
- You may upload the commissioned artwork to any social media channels.
- You retain the right to your IP (intellectual property)
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Altering the artwork without my consent
- Reproducing the copyrighted artwork commercially.
I, akuumel (the artist)
- reserve the right to refund or cancel an order at any time for any reason
- retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork.
- retain the right to the illustration and may livestream the process, share it on my portfolio, and post it on social media (including Patreon)
